As shown in the diagram to the right, your first port of call for help with REANNZ Video Conferencing is the tutorials and guides page on this website.
If this doesn't resolve your issue, contact your local IT team. They can help you set up the software, your headset and camera, and can also provide advice on booking, participating in and moderating meetings using REANNZ Video Conferencing.
If they are unable to help directly, they will get in touch with our VC Support, and we'll sort it out.
