Network status
There are no reported issues with the network.
There is currently a fault with the KAREN Video Conference Service hardware which may lead to video conference connection difficulties, including dropped connections. The fault has been escalated to the hardware provider.
Due to a hardware failure, the Are You On KAREN tester is currently unavailable.
We are working on the issue and expect to have it resolved within the next few weeks.
