Chief Financial Officer
A pragmatic leader with a demonstrated ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level, Tracey thrives on working collaboratively, both across and outside an organisation, to deliver results.
Tracey is a Chartered Accountant who is naturally curious with a passion for continuous learning, capability development and identifying opportunities for improvement. Her career reflects this diversity through the executive roles (CEO, COO, and CFO) she has held across a wide range of organisations and industries, including film, private investment, law, and aviation.
Tracey joined REANNZ in 2024 and leads the REANNZ Finance team.
